Venice beach fireworks
Just a couple of pictures I took yesterday at the Venice Beach. We did not have time to go over to Marina Del Rey, so we just went down to Venice Beach. Fireworks was OK, but it’s much nicer, and closer (and louder) from Marina. These pics were poladroid-ized (oh how I love that toy!):

westridge trail
I was hoping for an overcast day, but it turned out clear and really warm. Not too clear, though, as you can see from the pictures. Beautiful hike. I didn’t go all the way, but I took a side trail that goes up three hills, for some extra workout and more pictures.
